How does this work?

If you've been involved in a motor vehicle accident that isn't your fault, we provide you with a replacement vehicle for the duration of repairs.

 

How much do I pay for the hire?

Nothing, the hire cost is recouped by us from the at-fault insurer. Understandably you are responsible for any incidental costs such as tolls and/or fines.

Why haven't I heard of this?

Most insurers aren't transparent.

We're here to change that and provide you with a like for like replacement vehicle.

Do I need to make a claim on my insurance policy?

No you don't.

We recover our hire cost from the at-fault insurer, also known at the third party insurer, not your policy.
